Diddy Sued By Photographer Claiming He Was Beaten Up By Bodyguards

Diddy may have some explaining to do if there turns out to be any merit to a lawsuit recently filed against him according to The Atlanta Constitution Journal.

Jabari Tilgham claims he was beaten up while working as a photographer at a BET Hip Hop Awards afterparty hosted by Combs at Club Mansion in Atlanta, Georgia, according to a lawsuit filed in DeKalb County State Court on Friday (April 15).

Tilgham claims he was one of 12 photographers taking pictures of celebrities when he was singled out and attacked by Diddy's bodyguards.

Tilgham's attorney Jeffrey Gewirtz says the October 10, 2010 attack was completely unprovoked. One of the security guards working for the club that night backs up Tilgham's story in a signed affidavit.

The suit names Diddy, Club Mansion management and four bodyguards as defendants.
