Plaxico Burress Released From Prison After 21 Months

Former Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress was released today (June 6) from prison after serving 21 months for one count of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in August 2009. After accidentally shooting himself in the leg in a nightclub the previous November.
