Brett Lockett Says He Had Affair With Kim Kardashian While She Was With Kris Humphries

Kim Kardashian has a stunning $2 million dollar engagement ring on her finger courtesy of NBA player Kris Humphries. But there's another gentleman who claims the reality star was getting freaky with him while she should have been spending quality time with Humphries.

Brett Lockett, a player for the NFL's New England Patriots organization maintains that over a five month period, he and Kim K shared an intimate relationship, but did not meet in person. Instead they engaged in sexting and phone sex according to Lockett.

"I've said before that it was a physical relationship, but when I mean physical, I say that meaning there was a physical aspect to the relationship," Lockett told Showbiz Tonight. "I don't really want to get into the details, but she did tell me she was touching herself over the phone in a physical way towards me. So when I say we had a physical relationship, that's what I mean. But was it a physical relationship where I saw her in person, no."

Kim flatly denies the allegations and has threatened to sue Lockett if he doesn't retract his statements.

Kim's lawyer, Michael Kump, told TMZ "To put it very plainly and clearly, and as Mr. Lockett knows, there is not now, and never has been such a relationship. Ms. Kardashian does not know and has never even met Mr. Lockett."

2Pac's mom, Afeni Shakur and comedian Mike Epps will host the event, while Erykah Badu will headline.

Flo Rida Busted for DUI (Driving under the influence) In Super Expensive Car

TMZ reports:

Rapper Flo Rida, the guy behind the smash hit "Low", was busted for drunk driving in Miami Beach this morning in one of the most expensive cars on the planet!

Law enforcement sources say: 31-year-old Flo Rida was driving around in his red and black 2008 Bugatti, valued around $1.7 million, when cops observed the rapper swerving in his lane and pulled him over around 3:30 AM.

During the stop, cops detected the odor of alcohol so Flo was given a field sobriety test and didn't perform very well.

Flo Rida, real name Tramar Dillard, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and taken to a nearby station where he is currently being booked.

Cops say Flo's blood alcohol level was .185 more than twice the legal limit.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops say a large crowd gathered around Flo after cops had pulled him over.
Several bystanders were "trying to get officers to let [Flo Rida] go. Some individuals were offering to drive [Flo Rida] home."

When the officer tried to conduct a "walk the line" test, hi told the cop, "Officer I can't do this. I don't feel I can walk a straight line. I had a few drinks. Let's try another test."
Flo then tried to convince the officer, "I can make it home." Cops didn't let him try.

Cops say they ran a computer check on Flo and cited the rapper when they learned his driver's license had been suspended last month for failing to pay a traffic fine.

A source said: "He was a mess. It's amazing he didn't badly hurt himself."

Rapper Lupe Fiasco has never been one to bite his tongue as far as his political views are concerned. He's gone into even deeper water now by labeling President Obama a terrorist, during an interview with CBS News’ “What’s Trending.”

"In my fight against terrorism, to me, the biggest terrorist is Obama in the United States of America. " he said. "For me, I’m trying to fight the terrorism that’s actually causing the other forms of terrorism. The root cause of the terrorism is the stuff that you as a government allow to happen and the foreign policies that we have in place in different countries that inspire people to become terrorists. And it’s easy for us because it’s really just some oil, which we can really get on our own.”

The rapper also said he sees voting as a waste of time.

"I don’t get involved in the political process because it’s meaningless, to be honest. First of all I’m a real big believer if I’m gonna vouch for someone, then I’m gonna stand behind everything that they do. That’s just how I am as a human being. So politicians aren’t gonna do that because I don’t want you to bomb some village in the middle of nowhere.”

2 Elephants Go On Rampage In India Leaving Path Of Destruction And One Person Dead

As the world's human population continues to grow rapidly, the natural habitats of many animals continues to shrink and the combination can prove to be deadly.

One example of the danger happened in India this morning when two elephant calves wandered out of the forest and made their way into the heart of the city, two other elephants left the forest but remained on the outskirts of the city.
The elephants entered the city from the highway circle and moved on to Maharani's College of Arts, Commerce and Management, where one of the elephants mauled a security guard. He was trampled to death by one elephant.

The rogue calves also killed a cow and damaged some vehicles before being tranquilised by the forest department officials.
All the animals were captured by the afternoon. Earlier, around 300 policemen were deployed near the area where the elephant calf was tranquilised. The deployment was ordered after people started gathering to see the animal. They are set to be released back into the wild.

Reacting to the incident, Union Minister of Environment & Forests Jairam Ramesh said in Delhi, "This incident brings into sharp focus the man-animal conflict. We need to enhance sensitivity towards the elephant."

Every year hundreds of people across India die when wild animals wander into cities as their natural habitats shrink and they have to range farther for food.
India's national parks suffer massive encroachment from people who live and forage for food in the forests or graze their cattle inside.

Nicki Minaj Says Acting Is Her First Love. Wants To Work With Tim Burton & Will Smith

Had things gone according to her original plans, the Young Money femcee would be a movie star and not a rapper.

Nicki talked to Entertainment Weekly Sunday [June 5] at the MTV Movie Awards about her dreams of making it onto the big screen one day.

“I went to school to be an actress. I never expected to be a rapper. It just fell in my lap,” she said. “So I would like to get an acting gig. I hope that when I am done with the tour I can go back and do some acting. That is my long-term goal.”

The tour Nicki referenced is her upcoming trek with Britney Spears, that runs from June 16 to August 13.

When the tour is over, Minaj will have to squeeze in time to start working on her sophomore album. But if Hollywood comes calling, she already has plans for who she would like to work with. As one might expect, Nicki wants to start at the top.

“I want to work with Will Smith, because he’s a very successful rapper turned actor and therefore a role model,” Minaj said. “And Tim Burton because I love his crazy imagination. He comes up with these characters that are just so fascinating and the costumes and just creates these whole worlds.”

Minaj did have a role in an independent movie titled "Stuck On Broke" last year. Due to scheduling conflicts she wasn't able to finish the film.

Senior Prank Involving Blow Up Sex Doll Results In Teen Facing 8 Years In Prison

High school pranks are usually a sign that the school year is a coming to a close. However, one prank went from harmless to scary real fast for school officials first but now for the student accused of pulling the prank.

Tyell Morton ,a senior at Rushville High in Indiana, said he thought it would be funny to put a blow up doll in a girl's bathroom at his school. But the act was caught on the school’s security cameras.

Video shows a man dressed in a hooded sweatshirt wearing latex gloves and concealing a package. But then leaves the bathroom without it.
School officials thought a bomb was in that package and evacuated the whole school while they called in the Indiana State Police Bomb Squad.

When it was discovered that it was Tyell who pulled the prank, he was arrested and now faces criminal charges.
Tyell will not be allowed to attend his graduation and is banned from campus.
If convicted, he could face up to eight years in prison.

This morning Sean Kingston was finally walking on his own.

A rep for Kingston tells TMZ, "Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning."
"Sean Kingston continues to be hospitalized at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. His condition has been upgraded to serious."

Kingston was critically injured in a jet ski accident last weekend and had been attached to a breathing tube.

Kingston's rep adds, "Sean thanks his friends, family and fans for their outpouring of prayers and well wishes.”

Patti LaBelle's Security Beat Up Man For Standing Too Close To Her Luggage

HOUSTON -- A West Point cadet from Houston has filed a lawsuit against Patti LaBelle, her bodyguards and Bush Intercontinental Airport, claiming that he was viciously beaten by the singer's bodyguards for standing too close to her luggage.

In the lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, Richard King claims he was seriously injured at the hands of LaBelle's bodyguards after returning to Houston for spring break on March 11, 2011.

"I woke up the next morning with staples in my head and that's when it really hit me I was just like, 'Wow, what happened,'" said Richard King in a telephone interview.

Twin friars die on same day at age 92

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Identical twins Julian and Adrian Riester were born seconds apart 92 years ago. They died hours apart this week. The Buffalo-born brothers were also brothers in the Roman Catholic Order of Friars Minor. Professed friars for 65 years, they spent much of that time working together at St. Bonaventure University, doing carpentry work, gardening and driving visitors to and from the airport and around town.
