Pikes Peak, the most recent challenge that address Dacia decided this year it takes place in Colorado, USA, on 26 June. Race 20 km, with 156 turns, starts at 2862 meters altitude on Pikes Peak Highway and the highway ends at 4300 meters with an average slope of 7%. The area has both gravel and paved sections.

In the end of last year the Dacia Duster, got a version which is years ahead of the regular production versions of the model: the Ice, a 3.0l V6 powered car, meant for Alain Prost and his take at the Trophee Andros.
